Barnett Stables is located in Albany, Kentucky. We are seven miles across the Tennessee line. Owned and operated by Bill Barnett, wife Sandee, and children Allee and Dillon. We all play a part in the operation to insure customer satisfaction. Bill has been in the equine business all of his life, and is a natural horse and mule man. Here we train, breed, board, and sale gaited mules and horses.
Our goal is to match horse and rider for the experience of a life time. We all enjoy the business and welcome old timers and new comers to visit our stables.
When we train our stock or yours, we start from the ground and work up. We train them to work to a wagon and or ride. We ride through the woods, into water, and around the ring. We can put you on the trails or in the show ring, which ever you prefer. Our children are always playing around making movement with various objects, bicycles, loud toys, and laughter, which we say helps get the mules and horses "kid broke." We will work hard for your satisfaction.
We have Kentucky Mountain Horses, Rocky Mountain Horses, Tennessee Walking Horses, Saddle Horses, and Gaited Mules for sale. We have stud service, boarding facilities, farrier service, and training services available.
